Job Description

Performs monthly closing and reporting activities and assists CFO. Maintains a clean chart of accounts.  Works with accounts payable, payroll, and materials management to ensure adequate processes are maintained for record retention and workflow completion.  Helps manage AP to uphold good vendor relations and timely payments.   Assists CFO in completion of yearly audit, forecasting and analysis of financials for budgeting, management of cash flow, and reporting requirements to governmental entities.

 

Job Requirements

Education: BBA in Accounting or related field, including at least 18 semester hours in accounting

License: None required. CPA or Intent to obtain CPA. (preferred, not required)

Experience: Minimum of at least one year experience in the healthcare finance environment. Prefer 2 -5 years  in healthcare finance environment.
