We are saddened to announce that DMC Medical Arts is permanently closing October 31, 2022. While Melvanie and her staff have done an excellent job caring for their patients, volumes continue to struggle. Closing service lines is not a decision that is made quickly or easily. With the financial pressures that we are experiencing in this post Covid world, we are unable to continue consuming the financial losses resulting from the volume decreases in our Medical Arts Practice.

Copies of your medical records are available by filling out a medical records transfer form at DMC Medical Arts. If you need to request medical records after October 31st, contact DMC Medical Records department at 229-424-7179.
