- Prefer bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business administration or related field. Alternative requirement (PHR) professional human resource accredited by SHRM.
- Minimum of five year’s experience in human resources, preferably in the medical field.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA.
